Wood"N"Horse is a husband and wife team who are both REALTORS® (licensed in the state of Kansas) and Auctioneers.  We have been helping our friends and neighbors in the Mid Kansas area since 1994 with quality auction services.  In 1995 Curt received his real estate license and started learning the art of helping people buy and sell real estate one-on-one from a 30+ year veteran REALTOR®/Auctioneer.  Marlene soon after applied for and received her real estate license and joined the team.   Through the 90s we worked for and learned from 3 different real estate brokers. Wood'N'Horse is now a full service real estate and auction company, locally owned, using our experience to help YOU in buying or selling real estate and/or personal property with peace of mind.
